Sabras Radio to broadcast live Big B coverage

The Midland�s renowned Asian radio station Sabras Radio will be broadcasting special programming to coincide with legend Amitabh Bachchan�s arrival to Leicester today.

‘Drivetime’ presented by Raj Baddhan (BizAsia.co.uk fame!) will be broadcast live from the Walkers Stadium so listeners at home can also experience the happenings at the stadium where the Big B will be attending a press conference.

Members of the press will be putting questions to the star about receiving an honorary degree from Leicester�s De Montfort University. As part of the press call, listeners will also be able to hear performances by Sandeep Acharya (Indian Idol 2 winner) and Nina Wadhia (Goodness Gracious Me).

Other Sabras Radio presenters Faruk Razak, Vinod Suri and Amber will also be present with Raj Baddhan to bring you the build up and reaction to Bachchan�s arrival to the colourful city.

The special ‘Drivetime’ show with Raj Baddhan will air today at 17:00. The subsequent programme ‘Gujarati Sabras’ at 20:00 with Rajni will also broadcast live updates from the evening as Sabras Radio competition winners will be able to ask their question to the star.
