Rishtey to premiere blockbusters during festivities

The UK’s second most watched Hindi entertainment channel, Rishtey will begin screening blockbuster movie premieres this month.

In exclusive information obtained by BizAsia, Rishtey has already telecast ‘Shirin Farhad Ki Toh Nikal Padi’ starring Boman Irani and Farah Khan last Sunday at.19.00

Other movies and events will also take the Sunday night slot in subsequent weeks. The UK TV premiere of hit movie ‘Cocktail’ starring Saif Ali Khan and Deepika Padukone, will air on Sunday 18th November at 20:00.

Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal’s mythological hit ‘OMG’ will premiere on Rishtey on Sunday 25th November at 19.00

The much awaited ‘People’s Choice Awards’ held in Mumbai last month will air on Rishtey on Sunday 2nd December at 20:00.

Recently released ‘Aaiyya’ starring Rani Mukherji also forms the channel’s festive movie line-up with the telecast on Sunday 9th December at 20:00.

Other big films are expected around Christmas and New Years too, details of which will be announced soon.
