Ray Khan returns to the BBC Asian Network

Popular radio personality, Ray Khan is returning to the BBC Asian Network to present a revamped ‘Early Morning Breakfast’ show starting later this month.

Ray will replace Waqas Saeed on ‘Devotional Sounds’ (05:00 – 06:00) and the ‘Early Morning Breakfast’ slot at 06:00 – 07:00 from Monday 22nd August.

Husain Husaini, Head of Programmes, Asian Network says, “We are really pleased to welcome Ray Khan back to the network. He is a much loved presenter and we think he will do a terrific job waking us all up in the morning.”

Prior to this work, Ray has worked across both on Asian and mainstream radio including Club Asia, Radio XL and BBC London. He will also work across other shows on the network.

Waqas Saeed is staying at the station to concentrate on other projects.
