Ranveer Singh confirms plans for ‘Simmba 2’

Ranveer Singh has confirmed plans for cop drama, ‘Simmba 2’.

While, Rohit Shetty had collaborated with Singh for ‘Sooryavanshi’ albeit a smaller part, he also recently announced ‘Cirkus’. However, fans have been waiting for an announcement for ‘Simmba 2′.

Confirming the news, Singh said, “I will be very disappointed if there isn’t a Simmba 2. Simmba deserves a reprise. He is one of my favourite guys. Actually, Simmba was always designed to be a franchise. So, whenever Rohit (Shetty) bhai calls, I will be there. But, there will be a Simmba 2. It’s one of my favourite movies and also my favourite performances so far. I will do it because I love it so much.”

While Singh’s last film ’83’ proved disappointing at the box office, he has high expectations for his next release ‘Jayeshbhai Jordaar’ and ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’ next year.
