Ranbir Kapoor life changes after reading novel
Ranbir Kapoor has spoken out for the first time about reading a book that has changed his perception on life.
According to Business Of Cinema, Kapoor recently read Albert Camus۪ bestseller The Outsider, which gave him a unique perspective on himself. Apparently, he changed his own thinking and behaviour. The novel is based on a apathetic character, so much so that he does not cry at his own mother۪s funeral and commits a murder soon after.
The report adds that the actor does not give a damn anymore about anything. He said, I think I am him. I could not put the book down and read it in six days straight. I also don۪t cry anymore. I cannot remember the last time I cried. I am hoping I get to play this character on the big screen since I identify with him.
Kapoor will be next seen in ‘Bombay Velvet’ out on 15th May.
