Ranbir Kapoor – Alia Bhatt confirmed for Ayan Mukerji’s next

Karan Johar has confirmed that Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt have been confirmed for Ayan Mukerji’s next film, which will release on 23rd December 2016.

The film, which will be produced under Dharma Productions, is rumoured to also have Shah Rukh Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment on board for the VFX. While it is yet to be confirmed, Kapoor’s character is said to have special powers as the superhero in the film.

Johar’s tweet this morning read, “AYAN MUKERJI’s next for Dharma productions is slated to begin mid next year and release December 23rd,2016. RANBIR KAPOOR and ALIA BHATT…”

A name for the film is yet to be confirmed.
