‘Raees’ teaser expected at Eid 2015?

When the teaser of Yash Raj Films’ ‘Sultan’, starring Salmsn Khan, was unveiled last week, stating that it will release at Eid 2016, Ritesh Sidhwani seemed a little taken aback. He, of course, is producing Shah Rukh Khan starrer ‘Raees’ which will also be releasing then. Sidhwani has also given a hint of a surprise to do with ‘Raees’ coming this Eid – next month.

Salman has got the Eid slot this year with Kabir Khan’s directorial ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’. However, to have a surprise – which could possibly be a teaser of ‘Raees’ – also coming at Eid this year which would coincide with Salman’s film might just take the limelight a little from him and onto Shah Rukh.

It seems to a clash that is hotting up and Sidhwani seemed a little annoyed on Twitter that when the ‘Sultan’ release date was announced, many forgot that ‘Raees’ was also slated for the same day. It remained to be seen whether either production house move their respective films in favour of a solo release.
