PTC Punjabi UK revamps schedule with daily movie during coronavirus

PTC Punjabi UK has announced a new schedule, in response to the coronavirus pandemic.

From this month, PTC Punjabi UK has introduced a new daily film slot, which will air at midday. Currently, the channel only broadcasts movies during weekends. The channel will move weekend movies to midday too, which were thusfar showed at 12:30.

In other programming changes, PTC Punjabi UK will air highlight of all past events including ‘Voice of Punjab’ finales, PTC Punjabi Film Awards, PTC Punjabi Music Awards from previous years in a repackaged 60-minute slot, Monday to Wednesday at 19:00 under ‘PTC Rewind’.

Other schedule tweaks include:
◘ ‘The Masters Sitare Punjab De’ – Monday to Wednesday at 21:00
◘ ‘Goonja Sikh Virse Diyan’ – Saturdays at 15:30
◘ ‘Sikh Sargarmiyan’ – Sundays at 22:30
◘ ‘International News Update’- Daily at 18:30
◘ ‘PTC Box Office’ – Weekdays at 20:00
