There doesn’t seem to be anything Priyanka Chopra can’t do, and she is once again proving her power-house status by announcing five regional films that she is producing.
As DNA reports, Chopra has already produced a Punjabi film titled ‘Sarvann’, a Bhojpuri film called, ‘Bam Bam Bol Raha Hai Kashi’ (2016), and a Marathi film named ‘Ventilator'(2016). Now she is moving on to doing the same with a Sikkimese-Nepalese film titled ‘Paua’.
Talking to the media about her plans without revealing much, Chopra stated, “I will be announcing five, small-budget, content-driven, path-breaking films in other languages this year. I want to tell as many stories as possible using local talent speaking in regional tongues.”
Set to sign new actors for the film, it has been said that ‘Paua’ will focus on the journey of two young girls who lost their parents during the time of the Nepal border war.
