Priyanka Chopra to replace Shilpa Shetty on ‘Nach Baliye’?

Shilpa Shetty has been a judge on popular TV dance reality show ‘Nach Baliye’ for three seasons. However, reports suggest that she might be replaced by Priyanka Chopra in the forthcoming season.

Makers are believed to want to put in a more ‘starry’ judge and a source has informed that Shetty may be out of the seventh season of the show. “The makers have approached Priyanka Chopra to step into her shoes as judge. However, owing to her international commitments, the deal with PeeCee hasn’t come through yet. She asked them how many days they will require and is trying to fit the show into her packed diary as it requires her to be on the set just one day in a week,” said a source to Mumbai Mirror.

“It would be a casting coup if they can get the duo to judge the show together. Modalities are being worked out and an announcement is imminent,” continued the source.

Anurag Basu is said to be confirmed for the next season as judge and Kamaal R Khan is also going to be one of the contestants. The rest are being kept under wraps for now.
