Priyanka Chopra takes time out for Chautha for her father

Priyanka Chopra has paid tribute to her late father by organising a pooja at Mumbai’s ISKCON temple in Juhu.

The actress, who held the religious ceremony before flying out to Barcelona over the weekend for the shooting of Zoya Akhtar’s ‘Dil Dhadkane Do’, wanted to get her family and friends together for the memory of her father who passed away nearly a year ago.

PinkVilla reports that she personally invited her friends and her father’s friends, and the Pooja was organized in the morning at around 11am. This was followed by Bhog. Members of the NGO that Pee Cee endorses were also invited here.

While the actress is in Barcelona with her mother on the shoot of the film, they will return to Mumbai for two days to spend time at home on her father, Dr Ashok Chopra’s first anniversary.
