Priyanka Chopra Jonas: “Sophie Turner calls herself ‘jethani’”
After marriage, Priyanka Chopra Jonas has not only become an important part of the Jonas family, but has also established a great bond with Nick Jonas’ brothers’ wives Sophie Turner and Danielle Jonas.
In an interview with Indulge Express, Chopra shared that she shares a fun equation with her sisters-in-law, who collectively refer to themselves as the J-Sisters. “My jethani-devrani? (Laughs out loud.) Sophie calls herself ‘jethani’ (elder sister-in-law). She’s like, you have to listen to me, I’m the jethani. She loves being jethani.”
She also revealed how the term ‘J-Sisters’ came about, “Might have been me. It actually happened at my bachelorette. It started as a joke that if they are the Jonas Brothers, we can be Jonas Sisters, since there were all three of us. It just became a thing.”
While the Jonas Brothers are currently on a tour across America, Chopra is busy promoting ‘The Sky Is Pink’, which releases on 11th October.
