Priyanka Chopra finds ‘Bajirao Mastani’ & ‘Dilwale’ box-office clash “unfortunate”

Priyanka Chopra, who made her Hollywood debut with show ‘Quantico’ feels it is very unfortunate that her film ‘Bajirao Mastani’ and Rohit Shetty’s ‘Dilwale’ is releasing on the same day.

Chopra told IANS, “Both the films will do well as both are different from each other. It is unfortunate that both the films are coming together. I am hopeful that both will do well. I wish luck to the team of Dilwale.”

Along with this she also said that due to her busy schedule, she was not able to be part of the promotions which have already begun but would join the spree soon. She said, “I am little upset the promotions have started and I couldn’t be there. But I too would be promoting the film. There will be international promotions as well which I would be part of. I am busy shooting for Quantico and then I come back for Bajirao Mastani.”

‘Bajirao Mastani’ stars Ranveer Singh as Bajirao Peshwa. Chopra plays Bajirao’s first wife Kashibai and Deepika Padukone as his second wife Mastani. Meanwhile, Rohit Shetty’s ‘Dilwale’ stars Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon. Both films hit theatres on 18th December.
