Prime TV begins testing ahead of re-launch on Sky

British Pakistani entertainment channel, Prime TV has commenced tests ahead of a re-launch on Sky.

The channel abruptly ceased broadcasting in March. In such circumstances, Sky will only remove a channel for this long period due to payment delays. However, Prime TV is set to be revived and is currently rolling its channel ident on loop.

The channel is expected to return in June after Sky lifts the EPG freeze on international channels.

Prime TV was available on Sky channel 783 before its removal.

Tests of Prime TV on Sky can be seen here:
-> Using your Sky Digi remote, go to Services Menu
-> Select System Setup
-> Select Add Channels
-> Enter frequency: 11.553 (H), FEC: 5/6, SR: 22000 / DVB-S / QPSK
-> Find Channels and Press SELECT
-> Highlight “PTV Prime″ service and press Yellow button
-> Return to Services Menu
-> Other Channels (6) on STB / (8) on Sky+
-> Click on “PTV Prime” to view the channel
