Prem Chopra feels Tannishtha Chatterjee performed publicity stunt

With all talks focusing on Tannishtha Chatterjee walking out of ‘Comedy Nights Bachao’ due to remarks made about her dark skin, there are some who feel she needs to lighten up, including veteran actor Prem Chopra.

According to��Times of India,��Chopra feels that the actress’ reaction was nothing but a publicity stunt. All in favour for the show, Chopra was reported expressing how the show is designed for guests to have a laugh, where they need to be comfortable in laughing at themselves.

The report went on to add how the actor took the example of actors Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan being confident enough to joke about themselves. He also spoke about himself taking jokes about his baldness lightly too. Apparently Chopra felt that Chatterjee shouldn’t have gone on the show in the first place if she couldn’t take the jokes.
