‘Pavitra Rishta’ star to star opposite SRK in ‘Happy New Year’?

First it was Jennifer Winget from Star Plus’ ‘SaraswatiChandra’ and now rumour has it that ‘Pavitra Rishta’ star, Ankita Lokhande will be starring opposite Shah Rukh Khan in Farah Khan’s ‘Happy New Year’.

According to reports, King Khan spotted the actress at the recent IIFA awards in Macau, where she was with her boyfriend Sushant Singh Rajput.

���Several names, including that of Katrina Kaif, have been doing the rounds. SRK spotted Ankita with Sushant at Macau,�۝ a source said.

���He spoke to Farah. Once Ankita came back, she met the director and has now apparently signed on the dotted line,�۝ the source added.

Its no big secret that Farah has been looking for a new face to star opposite the Bollywood legend and it looks like Lokhande fits the bill as the Maharashtrian girl in the film.
