Overnights: ‘Veera’ triumphs in Xmas Eve ratings
Star Plus’ ‘Veera’ managed to take pole position in UK ratings on Christmas Eve, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia.
The popular fiction, which airs at 22:30, raked in 104,600 viewers – peaking at 132,400 viewers, followed by ‘Saathiya’ at 19:00 with 98,400 viewers and ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ at 21:00 with 84,800 viewers.
On Colors, ‘Bigg Boss 8’ stayed top with 84,300 viewers, followed by ‘Uttaran’ at 22:00 with 42,800 viewers.
On Zing, the blockbuster movie ‘Vivah’ starring Shahid Kapoor and Amrita Rao, did well with 16,900 viewers – peaking at 36,800 viewers.
On Rishtey, ‘Meri Aashiqui’ was top with 43,500 viewers, followed by ‘Parichay’ with 42,100 viewers and ‘Laagi Tujhse Lagan’ at 19:30 with 25,700 viewers.
On Life Ok, ‘Savdhaan India’ with 17,400 viewers, followed by ‘Mahakumbh’ with 16,300 viewers.
On Hum TV Europe, ‘Tum Mere Hi Rehna’ at 20:00 was top with 35,900 viewers and ‘Darbadar Tere Liye’ at 21:00 pulled in 14,100 viewers.
