Overnights: &TV surges to No.3 in UK on Thursday

ZEE Entertainment Enterprises Limited’s second Hindi entertainment channel, &TV surged in UK ratings on Thursday, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

&TV’s share was at 0.06%, placing it behind Star Plus with 0.13% and New Vision TV with 0.10%.

&TV performed strongly during the afternoon slot, putting it ahead of its rivals. ‘Vikram Beetal’ at midday and ‘Meri Hanikarak Biwi’ at 12:30 raked in 61,000 viewers, while ‘Perfect Pati’ at 13:00 fetched 48,800 viewers and ‘Krishna’ earlier at 11:30 drew 24,400 viewers.

Unfortunately, the channel’s audience dwindled post 13:30 with an average 2,000 viewers.
