Overnights: ‘The Voice India’ overtakes ‘Jhalak’ on Saturday

‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa’ continued to disappoint in UK ratings this series after being overtaken by ‘The Voice India’ again, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia.

The two reality TV shows, which go head-to-head at 21:00 – 22:30 saw ‘The Voice India’ on &TV deliver 25,500 viewers – peaking at 33,500 viewers, while the much publicised ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa’ on Colors could only pick up 9,000 viewers at the same time. The most watched show on Colors last night was ‘Shastri Sisters’ at 20:30 with 24,200 viewers.

On &TV, other shows that did reasonably well were ‘India Poochega Sabse Shaana Kaun’ re-run episode one at 19:00 with 6,700 viewers, followed by ‘Tujhse Naaraz Nahi Zindagi’ at 20:00 with 5,300 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Mol’ at 20:00 was top show with 22,400 viewers, followed by ‘Yahan Pyar Nahi Hai’ at 21:00 with 4,400 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘Yeh Hai Mohababtein’ at 19:30 was most watched show with 37,400 viewers, followed by ‘Veera’ at 17:00 with 35,700 viewers and ‘Mere Angne Mein’ at 17:30 with 30,900 viewers.
