Overnights: Sony TV trounces rivals on Sunday at No.1

Sony Entertainment Television stormed ahead in UK ratings on Sunday, with a huge surge, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

Sony TV delivered a share of 0.15%, followed by Star Gold and Colors Cineplex with 0.10%, New Vision TV with 0.07%, Sony MAX 2 with 0.06%, Dunya News and Colors with 0.05%, Hum TV and Sony SAB TV with 0.04%, Star Plus, Star Bharat, ZEE TV, PTC Punjabi, B4U Music, ABP News and Sony MAX with 0.03%, ZEE Cinema, NDTV 24×7 and Hum Masala with 0.02% and Geo TV and Colors Rishtey with 0.01%.

Sony TV’s biggest attractions on Sunday were ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ at 21:30 with 47,200 viewers, followed by ‘Liv Shout Out’ at midday with 31,800 viewers and ‘Crime Patrol’ at 15:30 with 19,700 viewers.

On Star Gold, ‘Baby’ was watched by 20,400 viewers at 21:00, followed by ‘The Hero’ at 14:45 with 10,900 viewers and ‘Hero No.1’ at 11:45 with 9,000 viewers.

On Colors Cineplex, ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham’ topped the movie genre with 20,900 viewers at 18:00, followed by ‘Kidnap’ at 22:30 with 14,900 viewers.

On Sony MAX 2, ‘Phagun’ raked in 13,400 viewers at 10:00 and ‘Aya Sawan Jhoom Ke’ at 12:30 attracted 9,300 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Mahabharat’ delivered 17,600 viewers and 12,200 viewers at 21:00 and 20:00 respectively, followed by ‘Desi Beat’ at 18:30 with 8,400 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Sabaat’ pulled in 21,200 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘Tarap’ at 22:00 with 11,600 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘Radhakrishn’ was watched by 12,700 viewers at 19:00, followed by ‘Main Laxmi Tere Aangan Ki’ at 15:00 with 11,700 viewers and ‘Devon Ke Dev Mahadev’ at 21:00 with 7,200 viewers.

On ZEE TV, ‘Yoga For You’ raked in 11,000 viewers at 07:30, followed by ZEE News bulletin at 07:00 with 10,500 viewers and ‘Movie Masti with Maniesh Paul’ with 5,500 viewers at 13:30.

On ZEE Cinema, movie premiere ‘Commando 3’ was watched by 4,200 viewers at 18:00.
