Overnights: Sony TV & PTC Punjabi share No.1 spot on Saturday

Another weekend, another success for Sony Entertainment Television and PTC Punjabi, both of which continued to soar in UK ratings on Saturday, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

Sony TV and PTC Punjabi occupied the No.1 position with an impressive share of 0.17% each, followed by Hum TV with 0.08%, New Vision TV and Sony SAB TV with 0.07%, Sony MAX 2 with 0.05%, Star Bharat and Colors Cineplex with 0.04%, Star Plus, Star Gold and Hum Masala with 0.03% and Colors and ZEE TV with 0.02%.

The biggest attractions on Sony TV were ‘Super Dancer Chapter 3’ at 20:00 with 74,200 viewers, followed by ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ at 21:30 with 41,500 viewers and the repeat earlier at 18:30 with 11,900 viewers.

On PTC Punjabi, movie ‘Sargi’ at 19:30 raked in over 30,000 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Madiha Maliha’ was top show with 27,200 viewers at 21:00, followed by ‘Deewar-e-Shab’ at 20:00 with 24,200 viewers and ‘Saturday Night Special’ at 22:00 with 21,200 viewers.

On Sony SAB TV, movie ‘Parinda’ at 23:00 fetched 19,000 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘Gustakh Dil’ at 15:30 pulled in 36,300 viewers, followed by ‘Sanjeev Kapoor’s Kitchen’ at 12:00 with 6,800 viewers and ‘Divya Drishti’ at 21:00 with 5,300 viewers. Earlier in the day, movie ‘Luka Chuppi’ was watched by 3,300 viewers.

On Colors, the new season of ‘Dance Deewane’ led with 14,800 viewers. ‘Colors Ke Sang Antakshari Ke Rang’ at 19:30 pulled in just 1,000 viewers.

On ZEE TV, movie ‘Toilet Ek Prem Katha’ at 14:30 raked in 4,400 viewers.
