‘SaraswatiChandra’ continues to jump leaps and bounds in the UK ratings after getting one of the best ever ratings for the show, since its launch earlier this year.

According to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia, ‘SaraswatiChandra’ thrashed all the competition out there on UK Asian telly last night with 256,500 viewers – peaking at 302,800 viewers. This was followed by a distant ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ with 168,900 viewers, followed by ‘Saathiya’ with 140,300 viewers.

The others in the pecking order were ‘Meri Bhabhi’ (138,900), ‘Ek Ghar Banaunga’ (120,800), ‘Mahabharat’ (108,600), ‘Pyar Ka Dard Hai’ (108,400), ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ (74,500), ‘Veera’ (51,400) and ‘Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon 2’ (22,200).

On Colors, ‘Bigg Boss’ continued the lead on the channel with 47,600 viewers, followed by ‘Balika Vadhu’ repeat at 22:30 with 6,700 viewers and ‘Madhubala’ with 5,700 viewers.

On Lamhe, ‘Hasratein’ was top with 23,000 viewers, followed by the film ‘Piya Ka Ghar’ at 22:00 with 21,600 viewers and ‘Saat Phere’ in third with 20,100 viewers.

On Rishtey, ‘Bani – Ishq Da Kalma’ remained the most watched show on the channel with 132,400 viewers, followed by ‘Laagi Tujhse Lagan’ with 90,400 viewers, ‘Bandhan’ with 85,700 viewers, ‘Na Aana Iss Desh Laado’ with 80,300 viewers and ‘Parichay’ next with 65,600 viewers.

On Star Life Ok, ‘Mahadev’ led the channel’s ratings with 22,200 viewers, followed by ‘Gustakh Dil’ with 13,000 viewers and ‘Savdhaan India’ with 12,200 viewers. ‘Geet’ re-run managed just 9,600 viewers at 14:30.

On Sony SAB TV, ‘Jeanie Aur Juju’ topped the channel’s ratings with 36,600 viewers, followed by ‘Lapataganj’ with 27,600 viewers and ‘Baal Veer’ in third with 20,900 viewers.
