Overnights: PTC Punjabi thrashes rivals to take No.1 on Tuesday in UK

PTC Punjabi toppled rivals on Tuesday in UK ratings, with its afternoon schedule proving a success, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

PTC Punjabi delivered a share of 0.13%, followed closely behind by Colors with 0.12%, Star Plus with 0.10%, Sony Entertainment Television with 0.06%, Star Bharat, Sony SAB TV and ZEE Cinema with 0.04%, Hum TV, Colors Rishtey, ARY Family and ZEE TV with 0.03%, Star Gold, Dunya News and Sony MAX with 0.02%. Geo TV slumped to 0.01%.

PTC Punjabi’s afternoon schedule between 12:00 – 15:00 led with an audience of 26,800 viewers. It was the channel’s afteroon musical shows ‘Nonstop Hits’ at 13:30, ‘Exclusives’ at 14:00, ‘GSVD’ at 14:30 and ‘Khabar Khas’ at 15:00, which performed the best. Gurbani from Golden Temple, Amritsar also propelled the channel with 52,800 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Bigg Boss 13’ was watched by 67,800 viewers at 21:30, followed by ‘Choti Sarrdaarni’ at 19:30 with 17,700 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘Yeh Hai Chahatein’ led with 47,800 viewers at 19:30, followed by ‘Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke’ at 18:00 with 44,900 viewers, ‘Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala’ at 20:30 with 43,600 viewers, ‘Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum’ at 20:00 with 42,900 viewers, ‘Sanjivani’ at 19:00 with 24,300 viewers, ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ at 21:00 with 18,800 viewers, ‘Nazar’ at 22:30 with 12,200 viewers, ‘Yehh Jadu Hai Jinn Ka’ at 22:00 with 11,200 viewers, ‘Dadi Amma Maan Jao’ at 18:30 with 8,900 viewers and ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 21:30 with 8,800 viewers.

On Sony TV, ‘Mere Sai’ was watched by 38,000 viewers at 19:00, followed by ‘Mere Dad Ki Dulhan’ at 21:30 with 18,300 viewers, ‘Patiala Babes’ at 20:30 with 16,100 viewers,’Tara From Satara’ at 19:30 with 14,100 viewers and ‘Beyhadh 2’ at 21:00 with 12,600 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Kahi Unkahi’ pulled in 22,600 viewers at 21:00, followed by ‘Main Na Janu’ at 20:00 with 17,000 viewers.

On ZEE TV, ‘Rocky & Mayur’s Offbeat Australia’ at 16:30 pulled in 14,100 viewers, followed by ‘Shoorveer Sisters’ at 17:00 with 9,900 viewers and ‘Punar Vivah’ at 13:30 with 9,200 viewers.
