Star Plus’ surprise hit ‘Mere Angne Mein’ is one of the channel’s most successful shows ever and yesterday the show delivered record ratings for its midday repeat.

According to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com, ‘Mere Angne Mein’ at midday – repeat from Monday night’s episode pulled in a staggering 113,500 viewers – making it one of the biggest shows ever during daytime telecast on UK Asian television. Later in the evening, ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ was the most watched show with 132,700 viewers, followed by ‘Mere Angne Mein’ at 18:00 with 131,700 viewers and ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ at 21:00 with 124,300 viewers. ‘Suhani Si Ek Ladki’ at 18:30 pulled in 131,700 viewers and ‘Ishqbaaaz’ at 21:30 slipped with 98,000 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Krishndasi’ repeat at 18:30 pulled in 13,800 viewers, followed by ‘Swaragini’ at 21:00 with 7,200 viewers and ‘Ishq Ka Rang Safed’ at 19:30 with 2,900 viewers.

On Rishtey, ‘Uttaran’ led with 17,500 viewers at 18:30, followed by ‘Thapki’ at 20:00 with 5,400 viewers and ‘Madhubala’ at 19:30 with 4,200 viewers.

On Life Ok, ‘Savdhaan India’ delivered 27,300 viewers at 22:00, followed by ‘Kalash’ at 20:30 with 17,200 viewers and ‘Bahu Hamari Rajni_Kant’ at 20:00 with 9,300 viewers.

On &TV, ‘Gangaa’ at 20:00 fetched 20,600 viewers, followed by repeat of ‘Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hain’ at 22:30 with 18,200 viewers and original telecast of the episode at 20:30 with 12,800 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Zara Yaad Kar’ pulled in 52,800 viewers, followed by ‘Aseerzadi’ at 21:00 with 39,600 viewers.

On Geo TV, ‘Dhaani’ at 20:00 raked in 1,000 viewers – peaking at 7,300 viewers.

On ARY News, ‘The Reporters’ at 15:00 was biggest show with 45,700 viewers. ‘The Morning Show’ at 09:05 pulled in 32,000 viewers.

On Geo News, ‘Aaj Shazaib Khanzada Kay Saath’ at 18:05 raked in 20,000 viewers, followed by ‘Aapas Ki Baat’ at 19:05 with 11,900 viewers.
