Overnights: ‘Mere Angne Mein’ claims lead on Friday

Star Plus’ popular show ‘Mere Angne Mein’ was the most watched show on Friday night, with one of its biggest ever audiences, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia.

The hit series, which airs between 17:30 and 18:30 registered 158,500 viewers – peaking at nearly 200,000 viewers – giving the show one of its biggest audiences since it launched. ‘Mohi’ at 17:00 also delivered its largest audience with over 103,500 viewers tuning in. ‘Saathiya’ was second biggest show on the channel with 128,300 viewers and ‘Suhani Si Ek Ladki’ at 18:30 with 125,600 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Ishq Ka Rang Safed’ managed to rake in 24,700 viewers, followed by ‘Balika Vadhu’ at 19:00 with 23,800 viewers and ‘Swaragini’ at 21:00 with 13,600 viewers.

On Rishtey, the repeat telecast of ‘Thapki’ at 23:30 pulled in 50,800 viewers, followed by the original at 20:00 with 47,100 viewers, ‘Uttaran’ at 18:30 with 41,900 viewers and ‘Meri Aashiqui’ next with 32,300 viewers.

On &TV, ‘Gangaa’ at 20:00 and ‘Saubhgaylakshmi’ at 19:00 both clocked 14,200 viewers, followed by repeat of the latter show with 10,100 viewers and ‘Santoshi Maa’ at 19:30 with 4,200 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Sehra Main Safar’ at 21:00 pulled in 21,700 viewers, followed by repeat of ‘Preet Na Kariyo Koi’ at 22:00 with 18,400 viewers and ‘Maan’ at 20:00 with 17,900 viewers.

On Geo TV, ‘Asia’s Singing Superstar’ was top with 17,100 viewers, followed by ‘Maikay Ko Dey Do Sandesh’ at 19:30 with 13,000 viewers and ‘Tera Mera Rishta’ at 20:00 with 11,800 viewers.
