Overnights: Leap in ‘Naamkarann’ boosts ratings in UK

A 15-year leap in its storyline gave ‘Naamkarann’ a boost in UK ratings on Monday night, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com .

The hit show returned to No.1 last night with 163,900 viewers – peaking at 182,000 viewers – its biggest audience since the show launched. ‘Chandra Nandini’ at 20:30 moved up to No.2 with 135,600 viewers, ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ at 19:30 with 132,800 viewers and ‘Pardes Men Hai Mera Dil’ at 20:00 with 124,900 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Dil Se Dil Tak’ at 21:00 was watched by 16,400 viewers, followed by ‘Swabhimaan’ at 21:30 with 15,800 viewers and ‘Shani’ at 22:00 with 5,400 viewers.

On Rishtey, ‘Kasam’ at 20:30 fetched 46,000 viewers, followed by ‘Thapki’ at 20:00 with 37,800 viewers and ‘Uttaran’ at 20:30 with 34,800 viewers.

On &TV, ‘Gangaa’ was watched by 39,700 viewers, followed by ‘Ek Vivah Aisa Bhi’ at 19:30 with 33,500 viewers and ‘Badho Bahu’ at 21:30 with 29,400 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Kuch Na Kaho’ delivered 31,200 viewers at 22:00, followed by ‘Susraal Mera’ at 21:00 with 21,900 viewers and ‘Ye Raha Dil’ at 20:00 with 11,300 viewers.

On Geo TV, ‘Khaali Haath’ at 20:00 attracted 9,200 viewers, followed by ‘Bholi Bano’ at 21:00 with 8,400 viewers.
