Colors’ hit show ‘Krishndasi’ had a huge surge in UK ratings last night, giving the channel a much needed boost, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

The show supercharged Colors’ ratings with an impressive 41,300 viewers – peaking at 60,300 viewers – the biggest ratings for the show since the channel moved places on the Sky EPG. ‘Ashoka’ at 22:20 was in second position with 17,300 viewers and ‘Swaragini’ at 21:00 with 11,400 viewers. ‘Meri Aashiqui’ at 22:50 was watched by 8,400 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘Mere Angne Mein’ at 18:00 led with 147,600 viewers, followed by ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ at 19:30 with 120,400 viewers, ‘Suhani Si Ek Ladki’ at 18:30 with 102,800 viewers and ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ at 21:00 with 101,500 viewers.

On Rishtey, ‘Bandini’ thrashed all shows at 21:30 with 73,300 viewers, followed by ‘Kasam’ at 20:30 with 27,500 viewers and ‘Madhubala’ at 19:30 with 24,700 viewers.

On &TV, ‘Gangaa’ delivered 36,400 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hain’ at 20:30 with 21,400 viewers and ‘Yeh Kahan Aa Gaye Hum’ at 21:00 with 4,500 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Jhoot’ could only attract 22,600 viewers at 20:00, while ‘Dharkan’ settled for second place on the channel with 15,900 viewers at 21:00.

On Geo TV, ‘Joru Ka Ghulam’ brought in 10,300 viewers at 21:00, followed by ‘Sang Dil’ at 22:00 with 6,200 viewers and ‘Noor-e-Zindagi’ at 20:00 with 3,800 viewers.
