Overnights: ‘KKK8’ opens well on Rishtey; &TV crashes to new low

Rishtey impressed on Saturday night with the repeat telecast of IIFA 2017 and the new series of ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com .

The high-octane reality show, which returned for its eighth season last night was watched by 53,300 viewers at 21:00 – peaking at 71,800 viewers, followed by IIFA 2017 with 37,200 viewers at 17:30 and ‘The Big F’ at 22:30 with 4,700 viewers.

Meanwhile, &TV disappointed last night with a near-zero rating in its daytime and primetime schedule. ‘Hoshiyaar’ at 22:00 was the only show to register an average 1,000 viewers – peaking at 8,900 viewers. All other shows between midday and 23:00 averaged with near-zero ratings.

On Star Plus, ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ delivered 83,500 viewers at 19:30, followed by ‘Dance+ 3’ at 20:00 with 56,700 viewers and ‘Saathiya’ at 19:00 with 38,200 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Desi Beat’ topped ratings with 9,100 viewers at 18:30, followed by ‘India Banega Manch’ final at 17:00 with 8,400 viewers and movie ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’ at 21:00 with 7,500 viewers. New shows ‘Mahakali’ at 19:00 and ‘Chandrakanta’ rated zero.

On Sony SAB TV, movie ‘Dilwale’ at 18:35 attracted 14,700 viewers , followed by ‘MunnaBhai MBBS’ at 21:50 with 13,000 viewers and Sony Guild Film Awards at 15:15 with 12,500 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Hum Awards 2017’ at 20:00 did well with 34,800 viewers – peaking at 74,500 viewers, followed by ‘Tumhari Maryum’ at 23:00 with 28,600 viewers and ‘Hum Awards 2017 Red Carpet’ at 19:30 with 13,300 viewers.

On Geo TV, movie ‘Karachi Se Lahore’ at 19:30 delivered 1,100 viewers.
