‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’ was the most watched reality TV show but ‘SaraswatiChandra’ claimed victory on Saturday overall in the UK ratings over the weekend.

According to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia, ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’ on Colors raked in its biggest ratings yet with 113,800 viewers on Saturday – peaking at 158,800 viewers. On Sunday, the show was slightly down to 72,700 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘SaraswatiChandra’ was the most watched show throughout the weekend on UK Asian TV. It pulled in 179,600 viewers on Saturday – peaking at 241,900 viewers, followed by ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ with 173,400 viewers and ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ in third with 152,600 viewwers. The final episode of ‘Meri Bhabhi’ at 20:00 pulled in average 133,900 viewers.

On Sunday, ‘Ishq Kills’ at 21:00 emerged as the most watched show of the day on UK Asian TV with 110,700 viewers, followed by ‘Mad In India’ at 20:00 with 65,800 viewers. The movie ‘Yaariyan’ at 22:00 could only pull in 8,500 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Comedy Nights With Kapil’ on Saturday night managed to gain 33,500 viewers, with a further 48,000 viewers tuning in on Sunday.

On Star Gold, the blockbuster premiere of ‘Jai Ho’ starring Salman Khan mustered in 44,600 viewers.
