Overnights: ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ returns to top on Friday in UK

‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ claimed back lead in UK ratings last night, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia.

Despite opposition from other shows on the channel, ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ was watched by 166,800 viewers – peaking at 190,500 viewers, followed by ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ at 19:30 with 146,900 viewers and ‘Saathiya’ at 10:00 with 125,600 viewers. ‘Mere Angne Mein’ did well with 124,300 viewers at 17:30.

On Colors, ‘Swaragini’ was back on top with 64,800 viewers at 21:00, followed by ‘Bigg Boss 9’ at 21:30 with 42,300 viewers and ‘Ashoka’ at 22:30 with 27,400 viewers.

On Rishtey, ‘Uttaran’ got its best ever viewership at 18:30 with 124,600 viewers, followed by ‘Thapki’ at 20:00 with 76,100 viewers and ‘Kitani Mohabbat Hai’ at 19:30 with 60,900 viewers. ‘Meri Aashiqui’ did well with 50,900 viewers at 20:30.

On &TV, ‘Gangaa’ led with 40,800 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘Badii Devrani’ at 21:30 with 23,800 viewers and ‘Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hain’ at 20:30 with 23,100 viewers. The final episodes of ‘Razia Sultan’ at 19:00 and ‘Dilli Wali Thakur Gurls’ at 22:00 both registered 8,500 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Tumharay Siwa’ at 20:00 was top show with 39,800 viewers, followed by ‘Tumhari Natasha’ at 21:00 with 39,100 viewers and ‘Joru Ka Ghulam’ at 19:00 with 31,200 viewers. ‘Akeli’ at 19:30 drew in 20,800 viewers.
