'BeIntehaa' thrashes competition from other Colors shows

The repeat telecast of certain shows on both Colors and Rishtey are keeping the two channels in the race, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia.

Due to Ramadan and the hot weather, primetime shows on UK Asian TV channels continue to be hit with much lower ratings than usual. On Colors, the repeat telecast of ‘BeIntehaa’ at 00:30 pulled in an impressive 60,600 viewers, followed by the repeat of ‘Shastri Sisters’ at midnight with 55,000 viewers.

On Rishtey, ‘Parichay’ repeat telecast at 22:00 brought in 46,400 viewers, followed by ‘Laagi Tujhse Lagan’ repeat at 22:30 with 43,200 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘Mahabharat’ maintained the lead with 124,200 viewers, followed by ‘Ek Hasina Thi’ with 119,300 viewers and ‘Yeh Hai Mohhabatein’ in third with 102,900 viewers at 23:00.

On Star Life Ok, ‘Laut Aao Trisha’ was top with 17,100 viewers, followed by ‘Nadaan Parinde’ with 13,600 viewers at 21:00 and ‘Savdhaan India’ in third with 12,700 viewers.

On Hum Europe, ‘Mausam’ at 21:30 was the top rated show with 24,500 viewers.
