Nikhil Advani to produce TV show with Konkona?

News of Nikhil Advani wanting to produce a television show has been doing the rounds for quite some time.�� The latest on that front is that Advani is looking to sign actress Konkona Sen Sharma for a lead role in the show.

���Nikhil is very keen on signing on Konkana for the lead role. But things are still at the nascent stage. Nothing has been finalised yet,�۝ a source informed Mid Day.

The filmmaker, who is currently busy directing a remake of Subhash Ghai�۪s ��Hero�۪ (1983), has also apparently approached Rishi Kapoor for the television show.

It can be noted that while Bollywood actors such as Amitabh Bachchan, Anil Kapoor, Bhagyashree, Sridevi and Karisma Kapoor have already acted on the small screen, actress Sonali Bendre is also making her small screen acting debut with Ekta Kapoor�۪s ��Ajeeb Dastan Hai Yeh�۪ opposite Apurva Agnihotri.
