NDTV 24×7 to beef up primetime programming
Popular English news channel, NDTV 24×7 will be revamping its primetime programming from Monday 19th February 2018.
As a part of its new line-up, the channel will air six 30-minute shows between 19:30 and 22:30. Two new shows are being introduced including ‘Livestream’ at 19:30 hosted by Natasha Jog and Ankita Mukherjee, followed by ‘The News’ at 20:00 fronted by Sonia Singh and Manika Raikwar Ahirwal.
Other regular news shows will air post the 20:30 slot with ‘Reality Check’ moving to an earlier slot from its previous 21:30 slot. ‘Left, Right and Centre’ will be cut to 30 minutes at 21:00.
With the general elections looming, ‘Road To 2019’ will air every Friday at 21:30.
‘Trending @ 10’ hosted by Vishnu Som will look at the big stories trending online on the day. It will air everyday in the 22:00 slot.
The changes take place from Monday.
