Natasha Asghar joins shopping channel QVC
British Asian TV presenter Natasha Asghar has joined the presenting line-up at the world famous shopping channel QVC.
Asghar, who previously fronted ZEE TV UK’s ‘ZEE Companion’ show, is also the face of ‘Desi Beat’ currently on Colors. Speaking of this new venture Natasha says, “I am delighted to be joining QVC. It’s a great global brand and a household name that I grew up watching.For the past few weeks I have been under training at QVC HQ and have learnt a lot..Now, I am very much looking forward to this new and exciting opportunity.”
When asked about working on a live show again Asghar said, “There is nothing like working on a live show. It’s not everyone’s cup of tea. But I thrive on the frantic nature of a live show and it’s an added bonus when you have a fantastic team to work with, which I have always been blessed with-wherever I have worked.”
Having hosted a number of successful Live events over the past year such as, Arijit Singh in Leeds, Guru Randhawa and the Farhan Akhtar concert’s in London she is no stranger to live shows and seems very happy and positive about this new venture.
Asghar will be making her debut on QVC Style on Thursday 22nd November from 15:00 – 16:00 and 17:00 – 18:00 on Sky channel 663, Virgin 742 and Freeview 36.
