Meghna Gulzar on comedies: “I don’t think I have the craft for it”

Director Meghna Gulzar is gearing up for the release of her next ‘Chhapaak’ and while this and her last Alia Bhatt starrer ‘Raazi’ (2018) are both social films, Gulzar would like to let her hair down and direct a comedy one day.

She told IANS, “I do wish to make a comedy, I really would love to, because that takes talent. I do not think I have it right now in my mind! Also, I do not think I have the craft for it. But I would love to!”

‘Chhapaak’ stars Deepika Padukone and Vikrant Massey and is slated to release on Friday.
