Mankirt Aulakh cleared in Sidhu Moose Wala’s murder case

Popular Punjabi singer, Mankirt Aulkah has been cleared in the ongoing case of Sidhu Moose Wala’s murder.

ETimes reports that AGTF chief Parmod Ban has given Aulakh a clean chit. He said Aulakh was just being “implicated in the case” and that his name never popped up during the investigation.

Shortly after the passing away of Sidhu, Aulakh shared a video on his Instagram in which he said his name was being dragged unnecessarily into the case. In the video, he said, “From almost, one year i am constantly getting threat’s, It’s not a normal thing to live your each passing day with such a sensitive environment around you, both mentally and physically. If i have isolated myself in such a sensitive atmosphere to safeguard myself, what’s wrong in it? “I want to appeal to my society and media that without going to the bottom of any matter, do not make anyone guilty.”

Moose Wala was shot dead by unidentified assailants in Jawaharke village of Mansa district on 29th May.
