KJo denies Hrithik’s ‘Shuddhi’ departure due to financial disagreement

Hrithik Roshan was touted to be the much-awaited male lead of Karan Johar�۪s ��Shuddhi�۪ until he left the project. Much has been said about the reason for his departure, the latest being that the producer and the actor were unable to agree on the finances. However, Johar has taken to Twitter to put those reports right.

Johar tweeted, ���Article insinuating that Hrithik asked for a large percentage of profit for Shuddhi is baseless, untrue and completely uninformed��_�۝ It is not often that the director�� speaks about such rumours but, on occasion, there have been incidents where he has.

��Shuddhi�۪ was also meant to star Kareena Kapoor Khan who has also left the project. The film is to be directed by Karan Malhotra and seems to be getting much coverage just for its casting changes. The rising expectations of the venture overall seem to tie in with those reports.
