‘Khoobsurat’ to end on Sony TV

Primetime drama ‘Dil Ki Nazar Se Khoobsurat’ will be coming to premature end on Sony Entertainment Television Asia this week, BizAsia can confirm.

The drama, which stars Soumya Seth and is produced by Shashi-Summit Mittal, will breath its last on Friday due to poor ratings. ‘Khoobsurat’ only launched in February.

Word has it that Shristi Arya and Goldie Behl are working on a concept for the channel, which is expected to fill the 19:30 slot in the coming weeks. Up until then, the repeat of ‘Bade Achhe Lagte Hai’ will fill the vacant position.

The final of ‘Khoobsurat’ will air on Friday 12th July at 19:30.
