Kevin Vaz given extra responsibility at Star India

Kevin Vaz, who currently oversees English and Bengali cluster of channels has been given the additional responsibility to take charge of Star Plus and Life Ok.

He has been given the extra duty after earlier only looking after youth GEC Channel V, following Prem Kamath’s exit.

Star Plus’ General Manager Gaurav Banerjee is being moved to a new post as Deputy Chief Creative Officer – Content Hub. Previously, Banerjee was heading content for developing shows for the Star Network. He moved out of that position and took charge of Star Plus in November 2013 after Nachiket Pantvaidya opted to leave the broadcaster.
