Katrina Kaif chooses Ranbir Kapoor over Cannes debut

Having recently joined the likes of��Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Freida Pinto and Sonam Kapoor as the face of L�۪Oreal, it was assumed that Katrina Kaif too would be walking the red carpet at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival this year.�� However, it seems that the lady-in-love has chosen to skip the festival as it clashes with the shoot of Ranbir Kapoor�۪s debut production, ‘Jagga Jasoos’.

���Ranbir is involved in the movie not only as a producer, but also as the lead actor opposite Katrina, so the film is very important to both of them,�۝ a source told Hindustan Times.

The Cannes Film Festival has been instrumental in large-scale exposure for many stars over the years.�� As the actress chooses to maintain a silence, it remains to be seen if alleged boyfriend Kapoor is able to push back the shoot.
