‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ to end in November on Star Plus?

Star Plus’ popular fiction ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ has been in the news of late due to its actors expressing their desire to quit the Ekta Kapoor show.

SpotBoye reports now that the troubled show could be taken off-air in November. Recently, Parth Samthaan and Erica Fernandes were rumoured to be planning to finish on the show – they play leads, Anurag and Prerna. Also, it is reported that the low numbers of the show are another factor for the show to be going off-air.

A source told SpotBoye, “Makers were not happy with the numbers of the show. Also, Parth Samthaan’s decision of quitting the show added to the decision of the channel. By now makers were trying to hold back Parth to continue playing Anurag. However in the recent development, they don’t find any scope of improvement even after replacing the main lead’s face and hence they have decided to make the show go off air by November this year. Actors have been informed about this already.”

Star Plus is planning to bring back its popular series ‘Saathiya’ in October to ramp up ratings.
