Kartik Aaryan not approached for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Gangubai’

Rumours have been doing the rounds of Kartik Aaryan and Alia Bhatt coming to together onscreen for the first time in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Gangubai’, but it looks like that this is not true.

Reported on Pinkvilla, a source said, “These reports are baseless. Kartik Aaryan has not been approached to star opposite Alia Bhatt in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gangubai.”

Though ‘Gangubai’ is still due to go ahead with Bhatt, fans will have to wait some more to know who the lead male will be.

Currently Aaryan is busy on the work front with a number of films lined up, such as, ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh’, ‘Love Aaj Kal 2’, ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’ and Karan Johar’s ‘Dostana 2’.
