Kareena Kapoor Khan upset about ‘Shuddhi’ rumours

The forthcoming ‘Shuddhi’ will have Kareena Kapoor Khan opposite Hrithik Roshan after a gap of over 10 years. The former has never hidden her excitement about the project and has therefore become a little annoyed with rumours that she has been replaced in the project.

So upset was Kapoor Khan that she immediately dialled Karan Johar, who is producing the movie. Kapoor Khan is thought to have asked the filmmaker point blank as to who is spreading the fake news, at one point even asking whether his team were culprits. There were reports that Kapoor Khan had been replaced by Deepika Padukone.

Johar instantly confirmed with Kapoor Khan that the gossipmongers were responsible and he even tweeted clarification that she was still very much a part of the project, as did Karan Malhotra who will be putting on his director’s hat once again for Dharma Productions for ‘Shuddhi’.
