Kapil Sharma & Sunil Grover defect to Sony TV

After leaving ‘Comedy Nights With Kapil’ on Colors last month, much has been written about Kapil Sharma’s next move. It’s now official!

Funnyman, Kapil Sharma will team up with ‘Ghuthi’ star, Sunil Grover for Sony Entertainment Television Asia’s new comedy show ‘Comedy Style’.

Grover went on Facebook to confirm the news. He said, “Comedy Style = Kapil Sharma & Sunil Grover soon on Sony.” Earlier, Grover hinted that the show could be going on-air by mid-2016. He said, “I want to wear make up soon. See you soon. Before monsoon.”

Sony Entertainment Television Asia is likely to launch the show after the Indian Premier League. No doubt, the channel will be pleased to have signed the two comedians to attract eyeballs, hopefully in the same way as ‘Comedy Nights With Kapil’ did for Colors.
