Kangna Ranaut to launch eco-friendly clothing

Kangna Ranaut, who is to be seen next in ‘Manikarnika’, is apparently all set to launch fashion project which she’s been working on; eco-friendly clothing.

The actress, who has designed the range herself, is thought to have been working on this for some time. A source is quoted by Mumbai Mirror, “The actress has been busy with her films, Manikarnika, which she also took over reigns of direction, and Mental Hai Kya with Rajkummar Rao, besides Ashwini Iyer Tiwary’s next directorial Panga. However, she took some time off to plan outfits of her collection personally.”

The source continues, “She’s gung ho about doing her bit for the environment with eco-friendly clothing that will focus on Indian wear. Now, she’s busy planning an interesting announcement for her new venture. She had been long planning to do something in fashion, which she is passionate about but also wanted to have a message along with it. Saving the environment is the thought behind her new venture.”
