The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has come under fire by Kangana Ranaut after it was seen demolishing her Bandra office. She was served a notice for alleged unauthorised construction in her office.
Ranaut said, “As I am all set for Mumbai Darshan on my way to the airport, Maha government and their goons are at my property all set to illegally break it down, go on! I promised to give blood for Maharashtra pride this is nothing take everything but my spirit will only rise higher and higher. [sic]”
She branded the move as “death of democracy”, saying, ” “I am never wrong and my enemies prove again and again this is why my Mumbai is POK now #deathofdemocracy [sic]”
Ranaut returns to Mumbai today after spending her lockdown at her Mandi home in Himanchal Pradesh. She will be provided with Y+ security after a war of words on social media with Shiv Sena MP, Sanjay Raut.
