Kangana Ranaut: “I never start a fight but I finish every fight”

Kangana Ranaut continues to cause debate and controversy with her actions. Recently, the star created a lot of buzz in the media after she went on-air and called Urmila Matondkar a “soft porn star”. Ranaut also had a war of words with Anurag Kashyap when the director sarcastically asked her to go and fight with China at the border.

However, Ranaut did go on record and shared a tweet in which she gave a clarification stating that she does not have a record of starting fights, reports Pinkvilla. She further stated that she is ready to quit Twitter if anyone proves otherwise. She wrote, “I never start a fight but I finish every fight. Lord Krishna said when someone asks you to fight you mustn’t deny them.” The star had only recently joined Twitter just a few weeks back.

Ranaut earlier commented on Mumbai and compared it to Pakistan Occupied Kashmir, which did not go down well with fans. She later clarified in an interview that she was not targeting Maharashtrians. She came to Mumbai a few weeks back and received the shocking news of BMC officials demolishing her office in Bandra. Ranaut reportedly sent a notice to the civic body and asked for a Rs 2 crore compensation for the damages.
