Kangana Ranaut arrives back in Mumbai with heavy personal security

Kangana Ranaut has returned to Mumbai amid an ongoing spat with Shiv Sena politician, Sanjay Raut.

The actress, who had been in her home town of Mandi in Himanchal Pradesh during the lockdown, landed at Mumbai International Airport at around 14:00 (IST).

Waiting for her return at the airport is her own personal security that had been arranged by Home Minister, Amit Shah after her online spat with Raut after he branded her “haram khor”.

Ranaut had tweeted, “Sanjay Raut Shiv Sena leader has given me an open threat and asked me not to come back to Mumbai, after Aazadi graffitis in Mumbai streets and now open threats, why Mumbai is feeling like Pakistan occupied Kashmir?”

She then added, “I see many people are threatening me to not come back to Mumbai so I have now decided to travel to Mumbai this coming week on 9th September, I will post the time when I land at the Mumbai airport, kisi ke baap mein himmat hai toh rok le ?”

She also has found support from workers of Union Minister Ramdas Athawale-led RPI, who will be escorting the actress to her residence.
