Jiah Khan’s case to take a turn on Tuesday?

The apparent suicide case of actress, Jiah Khan, could take a turn on Tuesday in a hearing in the High Court.

According to Times Of India, UK-based forensic expert Jason Payne James, hired by Khan’s mother, Rabia to assist garner evidence in the long-running case.

Rabia’s legal representative, Swapnil Ambure, told the publication, “Yes, the detailed findings will be presented to the Hon’ble High Court today. The report of forensic expert Jason Payne concludes that considering the injuries and other circumstances, it is apparent that attempt has been made to attribute her death to suicide.”

Rabia has expressed her dissatisfaction with the CBI’s findings so far, who concluded it was suicide. Jiah was found hanging from the ceiling of her house in 2013.
