Jackie Shroff: “I will never produce a film for Tiger”

Tiger Shroff 1

Newcomer Tiger Shroff’s career in B-Town hit off in the best way with successes like ‘Heropanti’ (2014) and ‘Baaghi’ (2016), however father Jackie Shroff is adamant that he will not produce a film for his star kid.

Unlike other fathers, who have got behind the camera to produce films for their sons in Bollywood, Jackie told Indian Express, “No. I will never do that, it not my temperament. But I will act for sure. If someone takes me and my son Tiger for acting, and if I find the role is good enough for me, then I would definitely do that film. But I will not produce any film with my son.”

Asked what he thought about his son’s successful start in the industry, he added, “It has been immense. God has given a lot. What more can I ask for my child? Tiger took his first steps and people accepted him with open arms. They have given so much love, they are talking so much about him that I feel it is because of his good deeds. There is a kind of sincerity in his eyes that he has got such a successful launch. I thank Sajid Nadiadwala for launching him and I thank the whole India and other countries where they loved my child and accepted him as their own child. And people have also related to him so strongly. It۪s a blessing boss, it۪s a blessing.”

Tiger’s recent release ‘A Flying Jatt’ has so far proved an average earner at the box office.
